About the organizer

Back in 2010, GEYC started as one of the first digital youth work communities in Europe, now counting about 4000 members in Romania: young people, youth workers and teachers. Its aim is to generate a change by taking full advantage of the new technologies, exploring new cultures and actively turning their ideas into actions. In the past 10 years, we worked together with more than 100 high schools in Romania, over 200 youth organizations in Europe and over 10000 Romanian young people. Our vision is to bring together formal and nonformal education in order to complement each other and contribute to the full development of youth potential.
